Description of YSMP-1200 8 Head Stone Edge Profiling Polishing Machine
YSMP-1200 8 head stone edge profiling polishing machine is one of the stone edge profile machine of Yongtao machinery. This edge profiling machine adopts horizontal type to process the stone slab.It can process marble, artificial stone, granite etc. The machine is consists of two parts, profiling part and polishing part, which have the reasonal structure, stable operation. The profiling part use three plating wheel or sintered wheel. The wheels adopt layered grinding method to profile the slab, according the wheels molding to decide the edge shaped.The polishing part use resin polishing wheel and sponge polishing wheel. The polishing wheel controlled by PLC, the system will adjust the wheels forward automatically, to ensure the polish effect smoothly.The machine can process different shaped stone slabs through changing the wheels, such as full bullnose edge, duckbill shaped edge, pencil edge etc. It also can process the handrail edges. The machine have the advantage of high speed processing, running stable, good edge effect. It is popular on large stone processing factories.
